According to a report from Ask Wire , the top 10 transactions on the island in the luxury residential segment in Cyprus totalled €36.75 million. The bulk of the transactions were in Limassol , where eight of the top 10 sales were recorded, totalling €26.55 million. The other two significant transactions were in Paphos, totalling €10.2 million.
The biggest deal of the month was the sale of a plot of land in the Tserkezoi area of Limassol for €9.4 million. Other notable deals include:
- Multifunctional development in Kato Paphos (€7.6 million).
- Apartment building in Potamos Germasogeia ( Limassol , €3.7 million).
- House in Kouklia (Paphos, €2.6 million).
- Plots of land in Ayos Athanasios – Agios Stylianos ( Limassol , €2.55 million and €2.5 million).
- House in Germasogeia – Agia Paraskevi (€2.3 million).
- Plots in Kato Polemidia ( Limassol , €2.3 million and €2.1 million).
- House in Potamos Germasogeias (€1.7 million).
