The Department of the Environment has issued a building permit for the new project “The Valley Collection” by KXA Developers Ltd. The residential complex will be built within the administrative boundaries of the Anarita district, located in the Paphos region. The total investment in the project is estimated at €10 million.
The project is a large-scale development divided into three main blocks:
- Block A : 20 separate private residential buildings.
- Block B : the first multi-apartment residential building with 16 apartments.
- Block B : the second multi-apartment residential building with 14 apartments.
According to the design documentation submitted in 2024, the residential complex will be located in the urban planning zone H 2 (an area with predominantly residential use) in an area called ” Tremiteas “.

The private homes in the complex will be two-story, approximately 7 meters tall. The floor area of the buildings ranges from 167 to 188 square meters. The layouts include three or four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, covered verandas, a patio, and private green spaces. Six of the homes will also feature private swimming pools measuring approximately 3.5 x 7 x 1.4 meters.
The apartment buildings will also be two-story (8.3 meters high). They will house 30 apartments ranging in size from 35 to 100 square meters. For residents’ convenience, 62 parking spaces will be provided (50 for personal use and 12 for visitors). In total, the apartment buildings will accommodate approximately 86 people.
Particular attention is paid to environmental considerations: each building will be equipped with an individual biological wastewater treatment system, while apartments will be connected to a centralized wastewater treatment plant.
The project is expected to take approximately four years and nine months to complete. Once completed, the complex will be able to accommodate up to 214 permanent residents, providing them with modern residential properties in a quiet and promising area of the island.
