In November 2024, the volume of the 10 most expensive real estate transactions in Cyprus amounted to €20.9 million. The most expensive was the sale of offices in the Neapolis area of Limassol, for €5.4 million. This data was presented by the technology company Ask Wire.
TOP 10 Most Expensive Deals of November
According to technology company Ask Wire, the majority of expensive properties are concentrated in the Limassol area, where 7 transactions took place for a total value of €17 million. The remaining expensive transactions were in the areas of Paphos (€5.1 million for 2 properties) and Nicosia (€2 million for one property).

The total value of the 50 largest property transactions in November was €47.3 million , down 31% from October (€68.4 million). All districts saw a decrease in value. In Limassol, transactions were worth €19.7 million , equivalent to 41.6% of the total. The Paphos district came in second with €10.8 million (22.8%). Nicosia accounted for 17.5% of the total (€8.3 million ), Larnaca for 11.8% (€5.6 million) and Famagusta rounded out the list with 6.2% (€2.9 million).
As Pavlos Loizou, CEO of Ask Wire, noted, the luxury property market slowed in November. Office space attracted the most interest, reflecting growing demand from foreign companies in Limassol and Paphos. However, residential properties still dominate: houses and apartments accounted for 26 positions in the top 50 most expensive transactions.
