In Larnaca, in the Oroklini area, the construction of a new luxury residential complex Synergy by bbf: is starting. The project covers an area of 55,000 m² and is located just 300 meters from the beach. The complex includes 89 modern villas, designed for 3-5 bedrooms.
The project offers three types of residential properties, distinguished by premium design solutions. The villas stand out for their minimalist design, built-in furniture and high-quality sanitary ware. Other features include underfloor heating and air conditioning, an armored door, as well as aluminum windows with double glazing and thermal insulation. Solar panels are installed in the villas to increase energy efficiency.
The infrastructure of the Synergy complex is also impressive. The territory includes a common swimming pool, a club, a modern gym, a sauna, green areas, two children’s playgrounds and common recreation areas.
The architectural project was developed by the London-based studio UHA, known for its work around the world. The studio is involved in the creation of more than 40 objects located on three continents.
