Ritz-Carlton skyscraper Residences on the coast of Limassol , on Amathoustos Avenue , in Mouttayaka , have been completed and are preparing for the grand opening.
The 33-story skyscraper consists of 182 residences, including apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
The open floor design and spacious private verandas create the feeling of living on a private superyacht .
Among other things, the high-rise includes a square with luxury boutiques, outdoor swimming pools and picturesque gardens.
At the Ritz-Carlton Residences will open an elite restaurant Novikov Restaurant , which promises to turn every meal into a unique experience, every meeting with friends into a special occasion, and every celebration into an unforgettable day.
This is a world-famous restaurant chain that is now present in 10 different cities in Europe, Asia and America, including London, Miami, Ibiza and Doha.
Construction work carried out by Marfields Construction .
Agreements signed by Marfields with Marriot International , guarantee the implementation of standards consistent with the spirit and rules of Ritz-Carlton .
Among other things, the project was managed by an international team from Ritz-Carlton , the minimum duration of which was set at 30 years.
Architectural design was performed by Moshe Bureau Tzur Architects & Town Planners Ltd , and interior design – Kristina Bureau Zanic Interio Architects .
