Construction work on the MHV Mediterranean project Hospitality Venture Group called “The Landmark Nicosia » is actively continuing. This significant project, located in one of the central areas of the capital, will become an important point on the map of Nicosia and will be completed in 2025.
The project includes the renovation of the Landmark Hotel , which will be transformed into a luxury five-star branded hotel managed by Marriott. International – Autograph Collection , as well as the construction and operation of two high-rise buildings. One of them will be a 17-story residential building with 54 apartments, and the second will be a 16-story office complex with modern workspaces. Both buildings will be equipped with two-level underground parking.
MHV is showcasing the construction progress with drone footage that shows the ongoing transformation of the site.
