Work on the luxury Marco project is nearing completion Polo on the coast of Limassol , which is being built in the eastern part of the city, namely in the Amathus area , near the church of the S. Rafael Marina.
The project was carried out by bbf :, and the architectural design was carried out by the London office of UHA in collaboration with the office of Economides + Akkelidou Architects .
The project is nearing completion as most of the scaffolding has been removed and the building is tilted over 20 degrees, giving it a distinctive appearance.
Construction complex with an area of 4500 sq.m. will be located on a plot of 7,433 sq.m. facing south, facing the sea, with access from the main coastal road B2.
The complex has direct access to the beach and promenade leading to the marina.
The 50-meter tower consists of luxury apartments with 2-5 bedrooms.
Marco Polo will offer residents five-star amenities including a spa , outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gym and underground parking. The top floor penthouse will have private terraces with gardens and swimming pools, as well as panoramic sea views.
