Limassol Del Mar , a luxury commercial and residential complex, has quickly become a landmark in Limassol , not only changing the face of the city, but also setting a new standard in architectural design.
The design takes inspiration from the city’s maritime heritage, with its dynamic curves reflecting the waves and silhouettes of ships on the horizon. This design caught the attention of the Designboom team , resulting in the project winning an award for its distinctive combination of modern aesthetics and functional excellence.
The collaboration between Benoy and UDS Architects has resulted in the creation of a stunning architectural marvel. The complex consists of two high wings rising above the embankment, symbolizing the transformation of Limassol from an industrial port city into a bustling business center.
The design carefully considers the Mediterranean climate, with large openings on the south façade designed to maximize sea views while minimizing energy consumption.
