According to data from the analytical company Ask Wire , in July 2024, the 50 most expensive property transactions in Cyprus totalled €55.7 million.
Among the most expensive properties are a house in Peyia , sold for 5.35 million euros, a field in the same area for 4.5 million and a warehouse in the Agios area. Antonios in Limassol , which was sold for 4 million. Also in Limassol, an apartment in Mouttagiaka was sold for 2.8 million euros, while an apartment in the Agios Andreas area of Nicosia was sold for 1.38 million. In the Katholiki area of Limassol , commercial properties were sold for 2.34 million, while residential properties in Agios Tychonas and Agios Athanasios for 2.33 million and 1.3 million respectively.
In Paphos, a house in Kato Paphos sold for €1.7 million, while a field in Panno Platres , Limassol , sold for €1.5 million. The report also provides a comparative analysis by district, showing a wide range of investments across the island. Limassol leads the way with €19.1 million in investments (34.3% of all transactions), Paphos comes in second with €16.8 million (30.2%), followed by Nicosia with €8.3 million (14.8%), just ahead of Larnaca with €8.2 million (14.7%). The Famagusta district contributed €3.4 million (6.1%).
