Larnaca , a city with a rich history and unique charm, is preparing to host a new large-scale project called “ Land of Tomorrow “. This project will be an important step in the transformation of the city into a modern coastal resort and business center.
Project Features
« Land of Tomorrow is a contemporary coastal community located on a 2.5 kilometre stretch of the Larnaca-Dhekelia coastline . The project will combine residential properties, workspaces and leisure areas, creating a unique living space.
The main focus is on:
- Ecological development : the project includes ecologically clean beaches, green areas, cultural and entertainment facilities.
- “Green Initiatives” : planting about 20,000 trees will turn this area into a green oasis.
- Infrastructure for residents : modern residential buildings with swimming pools, gyms and playgrounds.
Stages of implementation
The first stage, which will begin in the last quarter of 2025, will see the construction of a residential complex of four buildings with a total area of over 32,000 m². Presales will begin in the first quarter of 2025, and the stage is scheduled to be completed within 2-2.5 years.
In addition to residential buildings, the project includes:
