According to a statement by Doers Company, Cyprus is gearing up for a new event aimed at enhancing the relationship between the real estate and PropTech sectors.
Doers, known for organizing the Reflect Festival focused on technology and startups, is launching a new event called Elevate, which will take place on October 16-17 in Limassol at the Warehouse venue.
According to the statement, the event is expected to bring together over 2,000 participants from the real estate and technology sectors.
The founder of The Doers Company, Stylianos Lambrou, explained the concept of the event. “Elevate aims to transform traditional real estate events,” he said. “We will combine a festival atmosphere, the latest technological solutions, fresh perspectives, and a global approach.”
Lambrou also noted that “our goal is to create synergy between participants in the real estate and PropTech sectors and to promote a technology-driven approach to real estate.”
Elevate will feature 50 speakers, 70 exhibitors, and various networking events.
The event offers a new perspective on traditional real estate events and aims to foster collaboration between developers, innovative PropTech companies, investors, and government representatives, promoting a technology-oriented approach in the industry.
The organizers also noted that Elevate will attract a diverse audience at the intersection of real estate and technology. “Developers, PropTech representatives, investors, architects, engineers, public officials, and policymakers will gather to understand the latest industry trends and PropTech advancements, showcase their expertise, and explore promising investment opportunities.”
The goal of the event is to increase the adoption of the latest solutions by developers, agents, and investors in the real estate sector.
“With Elevate, we aim to encourage investment in technology, improve processes, and gain more support for PropTech policies,” Lambrou stated.
