According to comparative real estate sales data, a total of 3,534 property transfers were completed in the fourth quarter of the previous year. The total value of the property transfer was 517.3 million euros. The total value of the transactions amounted to 517.3 million euros.
In the province of Nicosia, 1,139 transactions were recorded with a total value of 150.4 million euros. The majority of transactions concerned fields (483) and land plots (262). In the province of Limassol there were 916 sales worth €149 million, marginally less than in Nicosia. Particular interest was recorded in the fields (498).
In the Paphos area, sales in the fourth quarter reached 479 units, with a total value of €78.3 million. The majority of transactions involved fields (247). In Larnaca, sales amounted to 734 with a total value of 100.4 million euros. Most of them were registered for fields (323), and sales of land plots (175) and apartments (127) were at a satisfactory level.
In the province of Famagusta, 266 transactions were carried out with a total value of 39.2 million euros. Province free Famagusta ranked second among the provinces in the number of houses sold in the fourth quarter of 2023, with 35 compared to 39 in Paphos.
It is noted that some objects registered as plots or fields also include a building.
In terms of sales documents, Limassol recorded the highest volume (972) and value (EUR 458 million) in the reporting period. In terms of value, next in the ranking is the province of Paphos with 158.9 million euros, then Nicosia with 139.2 million euros, Larnaca with 124 million euros and Famagusta with 33.5 million euros.
