In the Akamas region, in the municipality of Peyia, a new residential project by Celicandia Ltd is starting. The project includes the construction of 26 modern villas with private pools, as well as the installation of a biological treatment plant.
The site is located just 100 metres from a Natura 2000 protected area , which requires additional monitoring of the environmental impact. However, the conclusion of the Department of Environment, received in February 2025, confirms that the project will not pose significant threats to the ecosystem. As a result, further consideration of the documents is carried out without the need for an in-depth environmental assessment.
The project covers a plot of 15,242 m², in which the total construction area will be 4,425.60 m², which corresponds to 14.98% of the total construction area 14.98%, and the building will be 3,131.40 m² with a coverage level of 13.30%.
The complex will be located in the Asprovikla area, providing a unique opportunity for comfortable recreation and living. Each villa will be equipped with an individual pool, and a biostation will appear on the territory.
The cost of the project is estimated at 10 million euros, and the use of modern architectural solutions will help preserve the natural landscape.
The emergence of a residential complex of this level will not only increase the attractiveness of the Peyia area, but will also create additional opportunities for investors. The project is aimed at buyers looking for luxury residential property near natural attractions such as the Akamas National Park.
