Ask Wire has released data on the ten most expensive residential property transactions completed in December 2024. Limassol again topped the rankings with six transactions, followed by Nicosia and Larnaca, which each recorded two major sales.
The top ten most expensive transactions for the month totalled €58 million, with the largest sale being an office building in the Agia area Homologites in Nicosia sold for €19 million. The combined value of the 50 largest transactions in December exceeded €90.8 million.
