According to Ask Wire , the ten most expensive property sales in Cyprus totaled €16.2 million, with the most expensive sale being a house in Kouklia , Paphos area, priced at €3 million.
Limassol accounted for six of these 10 sales, Paphos three and Nicosia one. The value of these transactions in Limassol amounted to 10.3 million euros, in Paphos – 4.9 million euros and in Nicosia – 1 million euros.
The total value of the 50 largest transactions, ten for each province, amounted to 35.6 million euros in April.
37.1% of the value of these 50 most expensive sales corresponds to 10 properties in the Limassol area and 27.5% to the corresponding 10 properties in the Paphos area. The ten most expensive properties in the province of Nicosia were sold for 5.5 million euros, ten in Larnaca for 4.1 million euros, and ten in Famagusta for 3 million euros.
