The positions and recommendations of the Pan-Cyprus Association of Land Management and Construction Entrepreneurs, which can contribute to improving the operational structure of the real estate industry, were the focus of a meeting held on Tuesday, June 18, at the Department of Cadastre and Land Management.
In the presence of department director Neoklis Neocleous and competent officials, President of the Association Yiannis Misirlis , members of the board of directors and the general director presented proposals to the department aimed at strengthening the work being carried out.
The agenda of the meeting included, in particular, issues related to changes in the Law on the Sale of Real Estate, the procedure for registering property rights, etc.
Representatives of the Pan-Cyprus Association of Land Management and Construction Entrepreneurs supported the efforts of the Cadastre and Land Management Department to improve and modernize the procedures used.
At the same time, the importance of cooperation and dialogue to achieve the desired results and improve the construction sector was emphasized.
