RCB Bank announced change in the shareholding structure

RCB Bank announces a change in its share capital structure.

“On February 24, 2022, 46.29% of the shares of RCB Bank owned by VTB Bank (PJSC) were acquired by other current shareholders of the Bank of Cyprus, who represent Management,” the press release says.

According to the press release, in addition to this development and subject to regulatory approval, RCB Bank Ltd’s shareholder structure consists of only private Cyprus shareholders from the bank’s management.
