Marina Villa, Coral Bay, Paphos, is a luxurious, bright, airy, spacious well equipped four bedroom villa with air conditioning and free wifi which caters for eight people comfortably.
As you enter this stunning well maintained villa you will find the kitchen on the ground floor, equipped with cooker, extra large fridge freezer, water cooler with approximately 20 litres of water provided, microwave, pans, toaster etc together with ample cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
The comfortable and spacious lounge/ dining area area is furnished with 2 two seater and one three seater settees with flat screen TV with movie package and sports etc and hardwired internet, dining table and six chairs. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor. There is free air conditioning in living room and all bedrooms, and quiet remote control ceiling fans in all first floor bedrooms.
This beautiful villa boasts four clean and airy bedrooms, all furnished to a high standard with comfortable beds.
The master bedroom boasts en-suite, king size bed, full length mirror, ample storage space with fitted wardrobes, drawers and dressing table with mirror.
The second and third bedrooms with twin 3′ beds again provide ample storage with drawers and fitted wardrobes, another full length mirror is to be found in the second bedroom. Double patio doors from master and second bedrooms open onto a large balcony furnished with table and chairs where you can get a spectacular view of the mountains while enjoying your morning cuppa in the beautiful Cypriot sunshine. All bedrooms are fitted with top quality, quiet ceiling fans.

There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.

The main bathroom, with bath and shower, is located on the first floor. The Master En-suite with shower is also on the first floor. The final bathroom also with a shower is located on the ground floor, ideal for washing off those sandy feet from the beach.
All are equipped with shaver/ electric toothbrush sockets.
The villa benefits from a water pressurised system which enables all showers to be used at the same time without loss of pressure, invaluable when everyone is getting ready for that evening meal together after a day in the sun.
Recently redesigned private pool with easy access and luxurious marble surround.
The villa is set in it’s own beautiful landscaped garden with the enticing 8m x 4m private pool with its “Roman” large steps for entry and beautiful marble surround. This pool is exclusively for our guests use. It is also well furnished with comfortable padded sunbeds and parasols.
There are several seating areas to suit your every mood and need, you could choose to top up your tan lounging in the hot sunshine by the pool enjoying a long cool drink, cook your meal on the full sized BBQ, then dine al-fresco at your leisure with family and friends in the sunshine or around table under the gazebo shaded from the sun, you can choose to spend your time however you wish, taking as long as you wish. The garden and pool are beautifully lit up at night so you can enjoy drinks and food in the warm night air.
We have recently created a 4th bedroom on the ground floor with access from the lounge and directly from outside through patio doors. .
This fourth bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe and two bedside tables also has it’s own access to the lower balcony through it’s own patio doors. There is a downstairs bathroom already so this bedroom will provide for a further couple giving Marina Villa the opportunity for two families to holiday together. Given the lower floor access – this also brings access to people with limited mobility when the outside ramps, and groundfloor bathroom is taken into consideration.
Marina villa was chosen for it’s location as well as it’s looks and standards.
We chose this villa for its close proximity to the restaurants, shops, bars and the friendly welcome you receive from the locals of Coral Bay village. There is a Cypriot taverna opposite where guests have enjoyed a drink whilst waiting for the rest of the party to get ready for the evening. A car is not necessary unless you want to explore the many other areas this beautiful island has to offer. It does boast a private drive for two cars should you decide you need it.
The main strip which includes a variety of bars, cuisines (including Japanese, Mexican etc) banks and much more, is a gentle short stroll of 100m on level ground. An excellent bus service runs through Coral Bay to Paphos town, harbour and market. A day ticket is available which provides a “hop on, hop off” service to spend the day just as you plan. There are an excellent selection of world class golf courses very close to Coral Bay.

We pride ourselves on the standard of Marina villa, it is decorated and maintained at least once a year and we provide high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. We strive to ensure the booking process, transfers from the airport etc are made as simple as possible which helps ensure our guests have a great holiday. We can arrange taxi transfers and advise on car hire, we have good knowledge of the local area so can provide local information regarding restaurants etc. If you have questions, we have answers.

• Beach towels are provided (which may save on your luggage allowance).
• Maid service on changeover and a mid stay clean is offered for stays of 10 days or longer.
• For larger parties, e.g. weddings, we may be able to book the villa next door subject to availability.
