PRODEA Real Estate Investment Company SA increased my share in Aphrodite Springs Public ltd (ASPL) up to 96.2 % . Company acquired 7,245 shares of Aphrodite Springs Public ltd from IREP2 Midco Limited (“IREP2 MidCo”).
IREP2 MidCo sold its 7,245 shares of Aphrodite Springs Public ltd (36.2% share) at a price of EUR 650 per share as part of its investment strategy.
The transfer of shares was completed via an over-the-counter (“OTC”) transaction on June 30, 2022, after receiving the necessary approvals from XAK.
Following the completion of the transaction, as mentioned above, Prodea’s stake in ASPL increased to 96.2%.
