The Council of Real Estate Agents announced on Monday that its new website is up and running, allowing the public to view the latest listings of properties available to buy or rent, as well as useful information about the market and about registered and licensed real estate agents.
“We are very satisfied and proud of this new tool that we have prepared. We open a reliable window in the offer of services in this sector and thus strengthen the efforts of real estate agents in such a highly competitive environment,” said the chairman of the board, Marinos Kinaigirou, in a statement.
Ktimatomesity.com allows licensed real estate agents to list available properties from their portfolios for free, allowing interested members of the public to be informed and contact a professional real estate agent to guide them in their next step.
“The ultimate goal is to strengthen the role of registered real estate agents and stop illegal professional activities,” the message says.
The public can now choose from a variety of properties available, “while avoiding any illegal and disruptive processes,” the announcement said.
