True to the green philosophy that has been incorporated into its projects for many years, Imperio is proud to present Imperio House, Net Zero’s first office building in Limassol.
Imperio House, which also houses Imperio’s offices, is an innovative development whose main feature is that it has the ability to produce more energy than it consumes, fully covering its energy needs from renewable sources.
The environmentally friendly design of Imperio House includes photovoltaic panels in the building envelope, which contributes to very low maintenance and overhead costs, as well as the possibility of estimated annual energy savings.
At the same time, the building design philosophy, which is based on sustainability, increases the efficiency of the energy sources used, while reducing the impact of construction on human health and the environment as a whole during the life cycle of the building.
In addition, the special ventilation system included in Imperio House purifies and renews the air in all areas of the building, and the presence of a green element in every corner and office is strong. Among other plants in the building, there is a moss wall.
In a statement, Yiannis Misirlis, Director of Imperio Group, stated that “Imperio has long recognized that the future of real estate is sustainability. In addition to the benefits of energy saving and environmental protection, green office space is needed for another reason: more and more employees want to work for companies that implement social and environmental responsibility and offer a more efficient and sustainable workplace. A typical example of a sustainable workplace in Cyprus is Imperio House and we are proud to have our offices in this exemplary building.”
It is worth noting that Imperio House employees also have the opportunity to drink coffee at the Bean Bar, which operates inside the building.
