The project for the construction of the new Cyprus Museum is currently under development following the recent announcement of a tender for a contract to build the project.
The bidding period will last until July 1, and the contract is expected to be signed before the end of 2022.
The total duration of the project is 60 months. The new Cyprus Museum will be built on an area of 40,000 sq.m. on the site of the old general hospital with a budget of 121.4 million euros.
