Cybarco Development is starting 2024 strong, completing existing buildings and developing major new projects in Limassol and Nicosia.
In the Trilogy project Limassol Seafront will soon be delivering two high-rise buildings and a 6,850 sqm public plaza . As for the third and final building, which is part of the second phase of development, work towards its completion will continue as usual in 2024. It is worth noting that 75% of the third building has already been sold.
CEO of Cybarco Development Michalis Hatzipanagiotou said Trilogy is another success story for the company as it represents the new integrated community that is currently being developed. In addition, a new team of experienced professionals will be launched very soon to manage the rental of properties and common areas, offering clients the best service.
Mr. Hatzipanayotu noted that after the great success of Cybarco projects Attikis Residences in Nicosia and Thalassa Residences in Limassol , the company has received land plots in privileged areas of two cities, where new projects will begin within a year.
In the Akamas project Bay Villas by Cybarco in Latsi , near the Akamas Peninsula , has two ready-to-let beach villas for sale. At the same time, the company decided to build four more beach villas.
