Altamira Real Estate is launching a new campaign for a limited period of time. More than 180 selected residential properties and plots are offered in the mountainous areas and disadvantaged areas of Cyprus.
The campaign was launched on April 7th, and over the next few weeks Altamira will offer the public the opportunity to select properties for immediate development. The process extends to regions covered by the revised housing scheme. This is done to support communities in mountainous, buffer zone or disadvantaged areas at the best prices available in the market.
Anyone wishing to move to the countryside can apply for financial assistance. It is up to EUR 55,000 under this program based on a number of criteria.
For the purchase Altamira Real Estate offers land in 73 villages of Cyprus that fall under the program. This is done to effectively support those who are looking for a profitable opportunity to move to the countryside. The campaign makes it possible to do this in an optimal way, while the demand for real estate in rural areas is growing.
Prices start at €4,500 and go up to €161,000, so potential buyers can find a property that suits their budget and needs. You can do this on the Altamira Real Estate website by setting search filters according to the required criteria. As a result, a wide range of information and photographs will be available for each property.
The first opening of offers will take place on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.Interested parties will have the right to submit their proposals until 10:00. The same procedure will apply for the following weeks until the campaign expires.
In accordance with the terms of the campaign, the prices indicated for the plots are reserved. This means that potential buyers can bid on the property of their choice by posting offers above the starting price. Only bids above the specified price will be accepted, prices below the starting price will be automatically rejected. The property will be given to the highest bidder. Those interested in participating should submit their proposals online.
