Residence 51 is so named due to its exclusive location at the heart of Limassol business and leisure amenities. The six-storey apartment building has been specifically orientated to fully utilise the whole of the site whilst maintaining stunning sea views. The building adapts to the topography and views creating a dynamic flow through a slight turning of the blocks.
