Limassol celebrated the official opening of YOO Limassol, an innovative residential complex developed by Property Gallery Developers & Constructors in partnership with Sarels EPCM Ltd. The project was inspired by world-renowned French designer Philippe Starck, whose aesthetics became a key part of the complex’s architectural concept.
Lira Ambrosidou, CEO of Property Gallery Developers and Constructors, emphasized that YOO Limassol creates a “city within a city,” where infrastructure and functionality merge into a single, comfortable environment. Key amenities include a modern fitness center with an indoor pool, a spa, a private cigar club, a cinema, and extensive recreation areas.
According to the presentation organizers, Philippe Starck is one of the most influential contemporary architects, and his ideas formed the foundation of YOO Limassol’s unique aesthetic. The project was unveiled at a press conference attended by domestic and international journalists. Guests were introduced to the complex through a special video demonstrating the project’s scale and style.
YOO Limassol comprises 80 luxury villas and 80 designer residences, each distinguished by the aesthetics characteristic of Philippe Starck. Buyers are offered two design options— Culture and Nature —reflecting Cyprus’s cultural diversity and natural richness.
