After being recently awarded five stars at the European property Awards this year, the first residential project in Cyprus bearing the name of a unique brand, YOO Limassol inspired by Starck , inspired by the world-famous French designer Philippe Starck, it has already begun to gain height as construction work is already underway.
In 2023, a showroom and a sales office will be created on the same site , offering buyers the opportunity not only to see the layout of the project in their own space, but also to choose specific materials that will complement the interior design of YOO apartments and mansions in Limassol . In particular, the exhibition hall will feature samples of YOO furniture, kitchen and sanitary ware, proving that all of Philippe Starck’s work is focused on amazing and unique designs.
The project offers a selection of apartments and villas with appliances inspired by CULTURE and NATURE, offering tenants the opportunity to choose the one that suits them best. These two techniques were not chosen by Philippe Starck by chance, as the famous interior designer wanted to highlight the natural beauty of Cyprus and the rich history of the island, two features of the country that he endlessly admires.
In particular, the creative concept of the designer is mainly inspired by the environment of Cyprus, which includes elements such as water, stone, greenery and sky. At the same time, Philippe Starck created an impressive journey from sea to sky with his creative designs, aiming to present a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
YOO Limassol is Stark’s first project in Europe in 15 years. The well-known designer is expected to visit Cyprus for the official opening of the project’s showroom and sales office in 2023.
It is worth noting that YOO is an international real estate brand and has already developed in 36 countries and more than 45 cities (such as London, Hong Kong, Dubai), one of which is now Limassol .
Companies authorized to carry out the YOO Inspired project by Starck in Cyprus is Property Gallery in collaboration with Sarels EPCM, which are the first companies in Cyprus and throughout the Mediterranean, selected by Philippe Starck as partners for a coastal project.
Inspired by Starck, YOO LIMASSOL is a luxury project that develops a city within a city, showcasing a range of fully and exclusively owned waterfront residences, as well as a host of amenities that provide an improved and diverse lifestyle for residents.
