Jomento Properties Ltd is developing a major mixed development project called Wolga in the Pyrgos area of East Limassol. The complex will combine residential properties, tourism infrastructure, sports facilities and recreational areas, creating a modern space for living and entertainment.
The project involves demolishing existing buildings, dividing the land into four parts and constructing new facilities. To support the complex, the local road network will be expanded, including the construction of a new public road that will connect the area with existing routes and provide convenient access to all development areas.
The Wolga complex includes three residential buildings: Block A, 27.32 metres high, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments; Block B, 34.33 metres high, with one- to four-bedroom apartments; and Block C, 27.24 metres high, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
A hotel with 80 double rooms (160 beds) will be built in the tourist part of the complex. For sports leisure, the following facilities are provided: eight tennis courts, eight padel courts, a mini-football field, a basketball court and a tennis club.
The complex is complemented by six swimming pools of various sizes: swimming pools of 120, 100 and 125 square meters will be located in the residential blocks, a 900 square meter swimming pool will be located next to the restaurant, and the hotel will have two areas with swimming pools: one outdoor area of 650 square meters and an indoor area of 60 square meters.
The total area of greenery and landscaping will exceed 7,940 square meters, which will ensure a comfortable stay for residents and guests of the complex.
Investments and construction stages of the Wolga complex project in Limassol
The Wolga project is planned to be implemented in two stages with a total construction period of about three years after receiving all permits. According to preliminary estimates, the cost of implementation will be approximately 45 million euros.
Particular attention is paid to the creation of infrastructure that provides convenient access to various objects of the complex. A new public road in the north will connect Wolga with the road leading to the quarries and provide transport links.
In addition to the residential and tourist parts, the complex will include modern sports facilities and recreation areas, as well as restaurants and outdoor swimming pools. This will attract both permanent residents and tourists interested in an active lifestyle and comfortable rest.
Wolga will be an example of a successful multifunctional development, significantly expanding the possibilities of the Pyrgos area and increasing the attractiveness of eastern Limassol, both for living and for investment.
