Executive Director of Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd, the owner of Limassol Greens Golf Resort, has been taken over by the municipality of Panagiotou since September 1, 2022, when the project enters its first development phase, sales are ongoing and have exceeded 50 million euros.
The new residential golf and spa resort that will grace the west of Limassol has already completed part of the internal road network in accordance with the project’s master plan.
According to the Lanitis Group newsletter, work will soon begin on the construction of the golf course, as well as the first residential complex Robin Apartments West, which collects the most bookings and sales.
Meanwhile, Limassol Greens will soon launch its second residential development, Robin Apartments East. It is noted that since March, villas with three, four and five bedrooms, as well as two- and three-room maisonettes, have appeared on the market.
Five star services in the developing west of Limassol
Limassol Greens is being developed in the Fassouri area in the west of Limassol, on an area of 1.4 million sq.m. It is located next to Lady Mile Beach and also next to the largest casino resort in the Mediterranean. Limassol Marina and the cosmopolitan city center are only a 10-minute drive from the hotel.
One of the most original elements of the project, designed by Luciano Mazza, director of hospitality design at the international architecture firm HKS, is the fact that this is the first residential golf and spa resort to be built within city limits. Limassol Greens with new CEO
As mentioned above, as of September 1, 2022, the Municipality of Panagiotou has assumed the position of Executive Director (CEO) of Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd, the owner of Limassol Greens Golf Resort. For the previous 2.5 years, Mr. Panayiotou was the CFO of Lanitis Golf Public Co.
During this period, he was an integral member of the company’s senior management team and made a significant contribution to securing the necessary funding for the project from Hellenic Bank, as well as to the overall effort to lay the foundations for the successful launch of the complex infrastructure works of the project. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics (first).
Before joining Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd has held senior positions at Melco Casinos and Resorts, Pafilia Property Developers, RCB Bank and Deloitte.
