Ask Wire , a technology-powered real estate analysis company, has released a report on the ten most expensive real estate transactions completed in 2024. The total value of these transactions was €210.1 million , with the most expensive purchase being a residential complex in Polemidia ( Limassol ) for €39.3 million .
The largest number of luxury property transactions – eight out of ten positions – were made in Limassol. The total value of transactions in this area amounted to €176.8 million . The list also included properties in Nicosia and Paphos.

CEO of Ask Wire Pavlos Loizou noted that investor interest in luxury properties remains high and is likely to continue into 2025. Such properties attract both local and foreign buyers, especially in the key areas of Limassol , Nicosia and Paphos. The continued growth of investment in this segment confirms its strategic importance for the Cyprus property market .
