New high-rise luxury residential complex in Limassol called Westminster Residences ” will be erected in the tourist area of the municipality of Germasogeia and at a distance of only 200 meters from the sea of the city.
The Ministry of the Environment gave approval for construction and operation in November 2021, and the completion of the project is scheduled for 2025.
The owner of the project is CYAGAMA LTD and, as indicated in the environmental study presented, the cost of implementing the project is estimated at 40 million euros.
What will it include?
Total in Westminster Residences will have 25 floors, 65 apartments and two more penthouses . The penthouses will be on three levels, with exclusive city views, private rooftop gardens and swimming pools.
Inhabitants of Westminster Residences will enjoy a range of luxury amenities including a swimming pool, spa , lounge/BBQ areas, and green space and gardens. Also on the 16th floor of Westminster Residences will house a garden and a restaurant.
