The Environmental Protection Agency, after public consultations, approved the construction and operation of a new large residential complex by Armonia Estates, part of the Leptos group, in the Chlorakas community in the Paphos region.
It’s about the Venus project Gardens, with an estimated construction cost of 9 million euros. The approval of the Department of the Environment concerns the 10th phase of residential development.
The total area of the entire project is 29,400 sq.m., while the total area of land related to Phase 10 is 17,634 sq.m., of which 3,306 sq.m. set aside for green space.
In Venus Gardens will create two buildings (Block 2 and Block 3), a swimming pool, tennis court, private parking spaces and private green spaces.
The two buildings will each have six floors and will include a total of 62 apartments. The height of the buildings will be 27 meters, and the architectural composition of the development is of high quality in terms of functionality and aesthetics.
As for the planned parking spaces, there will be 116 of them, and they will be above ground, of which 62 are exclusively for the use of people with disabilities. There are also additional parking spaces for bicycles in the common open area of each building.
Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof of the two buildings to provide electricity, as well as solar panels to provide domestic hot water.
It is expected that construction work on the Project will begin with the issuance of the necessary permits and will last approximately 24-36 months.
Access to the project under consideration will be from the west, from the local road, Kyriakou Adamou Street, which leads to Eleftherias Avenue.
