At the last stage of completion of the first phase of its construction is the Trilogy project presented by Cybarco, which will beautify the coast of Limassol.
In particular, the delivery of two facade towers, Western and Eastern, as well as the commissioning of the public square (Public Plaza) is approaching.
In terms of affordability, almost all offices and more than 70% of apartments have already been sold, with total sales exceeding 300 million euros.
George Georgiou, Sales Manager for Cybarco Development Ltd, stated that “despite the challenges of the past two years, the completion of the first phase of the Trilogy continues at a rapid pace, attracting buyers from Cyprus and abroad. “Almost all offices have been sold and will house international companies by the end of the year.”

Each residential and commercial tower will have its own spa and gym. The trilogy also offers places for rest and relaxation for the owners, as well as a public square (Public Plazza), which can be used by every visitor.
East and West towers offer luxurious apartments with panoramic sea views. The apartments have large terraces that are a continuation of the living room. The feeling of absolute calm and privacy is complemented by lobbies and elevators for the exclusive use of the owners, security services, controlled access and underground parking.
In addition to apartments, West Tower also offers office space with unobstructed sea views, fast digital connectivity and a wide range of services.
It is worth noting that the Cybarco sales office on the waterfront of Limassol has moved to a building next to the East Tower. This move of 50 meters from the original location was made to facilitate the work of the Public Square, which will be located at the entrance to the project.
