Owners of offices and apartments in the two front flagship towers of Trilogy Plaza accept their properties. Along with this important event, construction of a 6,850 square meter public square is being completed and is also preparing to welcome the public this summer. Its special personality and atmosphere cannot be compared with any other place in Cyprus. Thanks to the energy of a European city and the uniqueness of Mediterranean life by the sea, neat dining areas will appear on the square:
- with Greek cuisine in West Tower ;
- city food court next to shops and a hairdresser;
- East Tower with its flagship restaurant and bar , Trilogy .

Restaurant and food court West Tower, managed by Lanitis Entertainment Ltd , will open this summer. Famous East Restaurant and Bar Tower, designed by the world famous Berlin studio Lambs and Lions , will open in September along with shops and a beauty salon.
