A new office complex called ” Triangle ” will be built in Limassol , located in the parish of Agios Stylianos of the municipality of Agios Athanasios , near the roundabout and 2.2 km from the sea.
Project owner, BH High Cross , which submitted an Environmental Impact Study to the Environmental Authority and was given the green light to begin construction work.
The proposed project concerns the construction of a seven-storey building in order to operate a modern, functional and comfortable building. The building will house various businesses, and office space will be sold or leased.
According to the Environmental Study, the cost of the project is 9,750,000 euros and will be covered by the owner company (BH High cross ).
What will it include?
The seven – storey building ” Triangle ” will be built on a plot with a total area of 3,650 sq.m .
In more detail, the proposed project will consist of a semi-underground parking space, an underground space for storage and electro-mechanical equipment, a basement floor and six levels above.
The ceiling level of the top floor will be 30.15 meters above ground level and the ceiling height of the stairwell will be 32.80 meters above ground level. In total, the building will have 79 parking spaces. In addition, private gardens of 136 sq.m. will be built .
Outside the building, public green spaces with a total area of 499 sq.m. will be created . on the western, southern and eastern boundaries of the site, so that there is sufficient distance from the existing building to the west and Agios Avenue Athanasios to the east.
The private gardens will have a total area of 136 sq.m. and will be built on the eastern and southeastern borders of the building. A semi-underground car park for 40 cars will be built on the northwestern border of the study area .
