Transforming Larnaca’s Coastal Zone: Construction of Six Horizon Towers Towers on the site of former oil refineries

Shajwawi Company Lebovich Karekla Developments Ltd. has unveiled a large-scale plan to redevelop the former oil refinery and storage facilities in Larnaca. The project, dubbed Horizon, Towers , envisages the construction of six apartment buildings 70-87 meters high, which will give new impetus to the development of this area.

The project will be a key step in the large-scale redevelopment of Larnaca’s coastal area. The land for the construction was allocated by Petrolina, a company owned by the Lefkaritis family.

  • Two multifunctional buildings with restaurants, shops, spa centers and offices.
  • Extensive recreation areas: swimming pools, padel courts and modern play areas for children.
  • A well-developed network of internal roads and parking for cars and bicycles.

  • Horizon 6: A 16-story, 70-meter-high building with 77 apartments.

The site’s infrastructure will be complemented by a three-story building, Annex 2, with office space and retail space, as well as three swimming pools (including a children’s pool), a 300-square-meter outdoor recreation area, and a padel court.
