According to Ask WiRE, the 50 biggest real estate transactions in Cyprus in June brought in a total of 79 million euros. Ask Wire compiled the total value of the top ten most expensive real estate deals in June 2023 and the top ten sales by area.

Pavlos Loizu, CEO of Ask Wire, said: “The analysis demonstrates the depth of the high-value real estate market by area, highlighting that the market is primarily focused on lower-value properties. In particular, 20 of the top 50 sales were for less than €1 million. This shows that any investment appraisal must take into account, along with value, the geography, type and depth of the market so that the investor can have an idea of the liquidity of the property.”
