Ask Wire, a technology-powered real estate data analytics company, has released its analysis of the 10 most expensive real estate transactions completed in September 2024.
The top 10 most expensive property sales across Cyprus totalled €29.8 million, with the most expensive transaction being a plot of land in the Germasogeia area of Limassol, valued at €5 million. Limassol led the way in terms of the number of expensive transactions, with six of the top 10 sales taking place there, followed by Paphos with two transactions, and Nicosia and Larnaca with one transaction each.
Total value of transactions by region:
- Limassol – €18.5 million (6 transactions),
- Paphos – €6.5 million (2 transactions),
- Nicosia – €2.9 million (1 deal),
- Larnaca – €1.8 million (1 transaction).
