Work on the construction of the iconic Ritz-Carlton tower is proceeding at an intensive pace Residences, located on the coast of Moutayaki in the Limassol area.
Construction work was carried out by Marfields Construction, and according to the schedule, Piazza with luxury boutiques, finishing and decoration of the entrance lobby, outdoor pools and landscaped gardens is expected to be completed in July.
The project is in its final stages, and on the official website of the Ritz-Carlton Residences, photos have appeared showing the progress of the project, as well as the territory of the luxurious tower.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences consists of 182 residences, including apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. The open floor design and spacious private verandas create the feeling of living on a private superyacht.
Architectural design was done by Moshe Tzur Architects & Town planners Ltd and the interior design was done by Kristina Zanic Interio architects.
