Alternative Investment Fund CYREIT is looking for a new tenant for the building that now houses the Limassol Temporary Casino.
Investment company, part of Prodea Investments Group , announced that the newly renovated commercial building will be leased from August 1st.
The building, consisting of a basement, ground floor and mezzanine with 76 surface and underground parking spaces, is rented for 68,000 euros.
The hotel is located in the Zakakiou area , close to the shopping malls My Mall Limassol and City of Dreams Mediterranean , Melco’s first casino resort Resorts & Entertainment in Europe.
Large-scale developments and infrastructure projects contribute to the revitalization of the area.
It is recalled that with the completion of construction and the opening of City of Dreams Mediterranean Melco will continue to operate satellite casinos in other cities and the temporary casino in Limassol will be closed.
