A new residential complex will be built in the municipality of Peyia, which has already received the approval of the Department of the Environment.
The proposed project will be implemented on a total area of 6,021 sq.m. and includes the construction and operation of 20 two-story houses with swimming pools and green spaces.
Owner of AGI-CYPRE PROPERTY 36 Ltd. According to the presented environmental impact study, its estimated cost reaches 5.2 million euros, and the project’s expected implementation period is 18 months after obtaining the necessary permits.
What will the project include?
The proposed project involves the construction of 20 two-story houses with parking, fencing, a communal swimming pool and five private ones.
The project will create an internal private road network, as well as an automated biological station for post-treatment of liquid waste with a capacity of 45 m3/day. In addition, nine public parking spaces will be created within the complex in addition to private parking spaces.
It is specified that five of the 20 residences will have their own pool. At the same time, eight of the 20 residences will have a terrace/garden for relaxing on the roof.
The project is planned to be implemented on a plot with a total area of 6,021 sq.m. According to the architectural design, the area of 4700 sq.m will be finally sealed. which corresponds to approximately 77% of the total building area. In addition, 489 sq.m. will be provided as a public green area. The total area of the facility will be 2,382 sq.m.
Where is the development
The proposed project will be implemented on a site in the location ” Rassiera “, within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Peyia , which is located in the southern part of the residential core of the municipality, within a residential area.
Access to the project will be through Isaac and Solomon Avenue, which is adjacent to the southern boundary of the study area.
