The tourist complex in Paphos, which is for sale for 4.5 million euros, is 84% owned by a tourist complex called Nicki holiday Resort ” in Polis Chrysochous.
It is located 1.5 km from the port of Lazio and 1 km from the center of Polis Chrysochous and within walking distance of the municipal beach.
