COSTA PALONA LTD is planning to build a new 11-storey office building in Limassol. The company has submitted an environmental impact assessment to the Environmental Protection Agency and the project is in the approval process.
The proposed project will be built on land plots with a total area of 3.817 sq.m. They adjoin Misiaoulis and Kavazoglu streets and are located 750 meters southeast of Limassol Marina.
Description of the proposed project
The project involves the construction of an 11-storey office building with a total height of 48.05 meters.
In particular, the floors will consist of the following rooms:
- Basement with two levels.
- Common area on the 1st floor
- Mezzanine.
- Offices (1-11 floors).
- Roof garden with swimming pool.
- Green spaces.
Purpose of development
According to an environmental study, the aim of the project is to cover part of the production needs of the Limassol municipality. It is also expected that due to its functioning, the project will create new jobs and further strengthen the region, strengthening its socio-economic position.
