Sun Mar Residence, a new tower under construction in the eastern part of Limassol, in particular in the municipality of Yermasogeia, near “The Icon”, is taking shape as its construction work progresses at an intense pace.
This is a residential project, which will consist of 79 apartments, and the total height of the building will be 110 meters. It will include underground parking, swimming pools, spas and other facilities.
The construction of the project was undertaken by Crona group . This is a group of companies that provides a full range of construction services, from project development to its implementation.
The group has been operating on the Cypriot market for over 15 years. The Crona team has implemented large-scale projects and high-quality installations. Among them are multi-storey Park Tower and Park Villas Suites located on the territory of the five-star Parklane hotel in Limassol , as well as Luxury Collection Resort & Spa .
The project architect is Panos Panayiotou + Associates (PPA Architects ).
