The new office will be built in Larnaca , namely on Makariou III Avenue, between Salaminos and Marathonos Streets , in Chrysopolitissa District . For this project, an environmental impact study has already been submitted to the Department of the Environment.
The Department of the Environment, after consultation with the public, gave the go-ahead for the construction and operation of the complex in accordance with the conditions.
Construction involves the demolition of the existing building and the erection of a new office building. It will have a total of six floors and a total height of 27 meters, and will also include two additional underground parking spaces with a total depth of six meters. The total area of real estate on which it is proposed to build the project is 347 sq.m.
According to the submitted environmental impact report, construction works will be carried out by CCRSE Real estate .
