A new office complex will be built in Larnaca with an estimated cost of 3.5 million euros. The developer of this 12-storey building with a height of 54.20 meters and a total area of 335 sq.m. will become the Quince company Properties Limited .
The first floor will be used as a reception area. The entrance to the building will be located in the northern part of the blocks. A car elevator will be installed on this level, which will lead to the fourth floor, and there will be parking spaces on floors 1-4. In the western part of the building there will be a lobby, which will contain a kitchen for staff. A vehicle access will be built to the south of the building. Each floor will have five parking spaces and a car lift.
Floors 5 to 11 will be four meters high each and will be used for office space. There will be two covered terraces on each floor. The roof of the building will consist of two levels.
The development blocks are adjacent to Dionysiou Solomou Street to the east, Salaminos Street to the north and Agios Sinesios Street to the west. They can be accessed through the above streets, as well as the streets “Miltiados” and “Salaminos”, which are detours to Makarios Avenue 3 to the west of the development blocks.
