The Environmental Protection Agency has given its approval, subject to conditions, for a new office complex that will be an addition to a housing development already underway.
The project is located in Larnaca and is owned by Ag. Nicholas Brothers LLC. In particular, it is located within the administrative boundaries of the parish of Agios Nikolaos, close to the commercial center of the city, the Metropolis shopping center (about 175 meters to the south), and also close to the GSZ stadium (about 400 meters to the south).
The development concerns the construction of “Block A”, which will consist of ten floors and will have a height of 41.60 meters. In total, the building will house 13 offices and 78 underground parking spaces.
It is noted that next to “Block A” is “Block B”, which has already received a license with a building permit and is under construction. This is a five-story residential complex, which will have 14 apartments.
The total area occupied by both buildings is 1525 sq.m. and the total area of the building is 4,059 sq.m.
The public green area will occupy an area of 539 sq.m. (15% of the total area of the piece).
The purpose of the development is to meet the needs for residential and professional real estate in the area, as well as to strengthen it with new jobs.
