The Environmental Protection Agency has given permission for the construction and operation of the new K. Kythreotis plant holdings Public Ltd in Limassol , specifically in Ypsonas industrial area .
The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a ready-mixed concrete production plant with a total production capacity of 150 m3/h. According to the environmental study presented, the project aims to expand the services/facilities provided to the construction sector of the entire Limassol region , in terms of the supply of ready-mixed concrete.
The construction work is expected to start with the issuance of all necessary permits and last for about 18 months, at an estimated cost of around 700,000 euros.

- Place to place aggregates such as sand

- Green zone (3624 sq.m. , located to the north-west of the quarter)
- Parking spaces – 30 (total), of which 20 for heavy vehicles and 10 for small vehicles, including cars of factory workers.
