The new TEPAK student residences in the former village of Berengaria in Kato Polemidia are on track for implementation, a project with an estimated cost of 50 million euros.
Architectural firm Iraclis Papachristou Architects , who took on the project (after the tender was announced), posted photos of what the hearths would look like on their website.
The project will consist of 485 student rooms and a range of other facilities, including a gymnasium and facilities for academic events and conferences.
Once completed, it is expected to become a huge student center with 700 students moving around every day.
At the same time, student residences will fundamentally change the area and relationship of the Limassol area to the city center for the benefit of students and Limassol residents in general.
Contributing to the transformation of the Polemidia area , student residences will transform the former colonial settlement of Berengaria into a green and modern public space.
