BBF is preparing a new large multifunctional complex: in Limassol , in particular in the Agios area Nikolaos.
The : flow complex will consist of four five-story residential buildings and a seven-story building intended for offices and shops on the ground floor.
The project will include a variety of amenities including a swimming pool, green areas, play area, as well as a gym, yoga room, spa , lobby and reception areas.
According to the schedule, construction work will begin in the third quarter of 2024, and completion of the project is expected by the third quarter of 2027.
The residential development area will include four five-storey residential buildings, containing a total of 120 residential apartments. Blocks A and D will have one- and two-room apartments ranging from 75 to 120 sq.m. Blocks B and C will have studio apartments with an area of 52 sq.m. as well as apartments with one to three bedrooms, ranging from 75 to 156 sq.m.
The commercial and office part of the complex will consist of a seven-story building with 12 office spaces located on six floors. The area of office premises will be from 377 to 411 sq.m.
On the ground floor there will be three shops, each with a mezzanine, with an area of 224 to 249 sq.m. , as well as warehouses and parking spaces.
The goal of the project is to offer a practical and innovative solution that will correspond to the trends of remote work and modern entrepreneurship.
In addition, : flow is designed to meet the modern needs of families and professionals, as well as startups , small and medium-sized businesses.
The aim of the project is to maximize the flexibility of the internal space and improve the external green spaces to provide residents and employees of the complex with a pleasant environment.
